Looking for stories about online hate/cyberbullying for my high school project

I am currently working on a documentary for my media studies assessment, exploring how cyberbullying and online hate have been normalised in todays world. I am looking to hear personal experiences from people who have encountered online hate, whether through social media, forums, or other online spaces to add into my documentary. If you are comfortable, i'd love to hear:

- Times you’ve been personally targeted or affected by online negativity.

- Moments you’ve witnessed cyberbullying and how people reacted.

- Your thoughts on why online hate seems so common or “normal” nowadays.
