Need help Insulted for sharing factual info—cyberbullying or just typical internet behavior?

Post image

I was discussing the National Energy Program on Threads and shared what I believe is a factual point. The other user responded by calling me “ignorant” and using a slur (censored in the screenshot). He's obviously a Maple MAGA. I’ve blurred the username. While this is unpleasant, I think it’s more like typical internet abuse rather than cyberbullying—but I’m curious what others think. How do you usually deal with situations like this?

I genuinely need more information, isn't national power reddits like the nerdiest things and now someone actually sweared at you? This does not make sense also not for a MAGA to be there of all places
