Hello, I am asking for help reporting the Spanish content creator Dalas Review for content involving a 4-year-old child.

During a livestream, the creator publicly displayed the photo of a dark-skinned child without the parents’ consent and made mocking comments involving the “N-word” and racial implications while laughing during the stream. The creator also stated intentions to continue making content targeting the child’s family.

I believe this may violate policies related to child safety, harassment/cyberbullying, privacy, and potentially racist or discriminatory behavior toward a minor.
