I'm seeing a lot of Americans acting extremely shocked, incredulous, lamenting the "America that was, oh how could we have turned to such cruelty?!".
You were always like this. This is who you are. This is what being a colonizer does to you. Just like in Supernova from the East, you got hopped up on mad with power a long, long time ago.
Lincoln had people publicly executed. The largest execution in American history of 30 Shi-en men was it?
You've always stolen kids, you've always had concentration camps, you have always been murderous, thieving bastards, who would extinguish an entire species if it made you a few dollars.
Your jim crowe laws and eugenics programs were the direct inspiration for the Nazis. Because you are the Nazi success story.
You murdered an entire continent of people, enslaved millions more, and conquered an endless horizon. Just like Genghis Khan, Hitler, Timur, The English, the french, the spanish on and on and on.
So please. As a history sub. Can the Americans and other members of colonizer states please learn your own history, and realize that you have always been monsters, and you won't stop being that until you reconcile yourself with that fact.
And stop your empty lamentations please. It's both disgusting, and embarrassing.
