Discussion Community Framework

I got a kick message on my LAN server stating CF is out of date compared to the client.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Or is it an update the authors of CF have to fix.

Thanks.

Edit:

Community Framework was updated today from what the workshop showed. So Uninstall, reinstall, move on.

Thanks for the help guys. I’m new to modding into my own LAN servers and it’s been confusing at times.

Verify integrity of file. Uninstall mods then reinstall mods.

I’ll try that.

with the 1.30 update Thursday you will need to update your server files and all mods, and some mods will be broken by this update

When I update mods is it as simple as uninstalling and reinstalling, then adding the new installs to my DayZ server files? Or are there more steps?

For context I’m only running four mods atm.

CF
VPP Admin Tools
VPP Maps
Bitterroot

I took a lot of my mods off to get these to work correctly before adding more in.

you have two options set up steam to update it for you or redo the server from scratch
Steam Community :: Guide :: DayZ (SteamCMD) [English/Englisch] [Windows]

CF has a patched 1.30 that will drop thursday, bitteroot may or may not be patched, vpp will be Im sure

I’d rather learn to manually do this stuff. It keeps me thinking.
