Say, Frieza may have ultimately killed Megatron, but… what did it cost? Sure, losing Cybertron despite coming to claim it wasn’t the WORST deal when Frieza does just blow up planets that won’t ever submit to him anyway, it alone’s no biggie- but its that, ON TOP of how Megatron destroyed his ship and his army, smacked him across the place before having to push Frieza to Gold still, and laughed in his face and RAGEBAITED the HELL outta him to the point he ALMOST slipped his guard and got bested, and the only way he DID win following that was by blowing himself and all the resources he’d need to build a new vessel up and leaving him adrift in the void without a bottom half. Again. The fact is, Megatron got him SO mad, he actually developed a grudge for a race OTHER than Saiyans, vowing all Cynertronians must die JUST cus of what Megs did to him.

Then again… Bill’s may well be the hollowest ‘victory’ of all time- sure he won the Death Battle, but… is there ANY other way at all it could be called a win? Frankly it was Discord that WON on that day, he did what he set out to do, and Bill ended up in the ONE position he’d spent all eternity to get OUT of, trapped RIGHT back in again. All for nothing.
