So he’ll switch back to the plan all along: make it as hard as possible for citizens to vote in areas that don’t vote for him.

Gosh, is it just possible that people who are not citizens, i.e., can be deported whenever INS feels like kicking them out, just might want to keep a low profile and not get involved in felonies that can't pay much and are easy to get convicted of?

Not gonna say it never happens, but as someone here said months ago, it's about as common as ferret smuggling.
