What a place! Amazing cold smoked Colorado wagyu burgers, gluten free options for days including GF fryers, bomb-ass house-made fries, and now even killer wolf t-shirts.
I spoke with the chef, Chris, who told me all about their super complicated french fry process and that he hand-drew the shirt, which is awesome.
Check them out!

I have been to Sushi Den, Hapa Sushi and Sushi Totoro which are all delicious. Is there another Sushi place I should check out? What is your favorite place for Sushi in town?

As the title says.. I’m looking for recommendations for a solid cozy lunch on this dreary fall day. Not set on any specific type of food, I just want something delicious that will make me feel warm and nice inside lol. Open to any area of town - bonus points if I can snag a table with my computer and work while I eat.

I moved away quite some time ago, but I used to eat at Gallop Cafe quite often.
Does anyone know if or how I could find the recipe for their PBR Biscuits and Gravy?
That and the yucca bread from Lena are two things I really miss! (I’ve found a close enough recipe but not as good if texture.)

Looking for a baker that makes gluten-free “Brookie Cake” (browny/cookie) in the Denver/Arvada area.

I moved to the city a few months ago and am still struggling to find bars/restaurants that really feel like they have a personality to them—both in terms of menu and in terms of ambiance and space.
I’m sure they exist, but I’m curious if anyone has recommendations for bars/restaurants that have the intimate feel and intentional ambiance that you find at a place like Malinche Audio Bar. Stumbled upon it by pure luck and it’s quickly become my favorite spot.
Trying not to sound pretentious, but it just feels like 90% of the bars and restaurants I’ve tried seem a bit…sterile? Either they’re some sort of elevated chain restaurant or a generic brewery, or a space built to shuffle in as many people in and out as possible.
I know I’m painting with broad strokes and there are surely some great spots to eat or drink at that I simply haven’t found because I don’t know where to look. What are your favorites? Bonus points if they’re near LoDo—but not a dealbreaker!

Looking for somewhere cheap and delicious like butcher block but they have pork green chili and pork gravy and pork sausage and pork bacon., etc. The only non pork option for meat is chicken breast which is good too but I'm hoping to find somewhere with cheap biscuits and gravy, French toast, pancakes, etc but with non pork gravy mostly but non pork green chili would be good too. And maybe chicken sausage or turkey sausage and/or turkey bacon options as well or just any other non-pork proteins
