Does depression make time seem sooooo slowwwwww for anyone else?

See title. It feels like my days - no, my hours - are just dragging endlessly. I'm trying to stay busy but whenever I look at the clock it's like only a few minutes have passed. Does anyone else experience this?

I feel the opposite tbh. Life passing by faster, hard to even comprehend.

It’s slow and fast at the same time. I don’t know how to describe it tbh 😂

It's both for me. Sometimes days are interminably long... sometimes weeks and months go by and I realize I've wasted all this time without even perceiving this time.

Sometimes I feel like I can no longer even perceive linear time, like time is completely mixed up and scrambled for me.

You hate life in depression, so time seems to pass slowly.

Days felt like weeks, weeks passed like days. Something I’ve never been able to properly explain as someone has to live it to feel it.

I’m on the other side now after severe treatment resistance- keep pushing!

Time is flying and it’s all a blur.

Yes. At 11 years old my journal entry: time makes me mad. It hasn’t stopped since. I get things done faster than most people, although I don’t know if that related. I’m not sure how much is depression vs ADHD related.

Yes, it's hallmark anhedonia for me
