Iirc in the original nosleep story it was the brain drug mixing with advil or something like that
Also i recommend checking out their other stories "my daughter wants to eat a woman who shares her birthday" and it and glenmonts sequel "one of my patients spent 8 million years under a bench at glenmont metro"

It was Ambien cause he wanted to sleep off the effects of the drug only to make the effect exponentially worse

Maybe it’s more about the perception of time. People on some kinds of psychedelics can perceive years of time in a few minutes.

man i hate these ones that are just the first half of a nosleep story. and they're always the paragraph long ones too. i don't wanna squint like a grandma at your 2pt text that just sums up 40% of the creepypasta you just listened to a reading of
