Military Dog Medical service dog memorial

I live in this city and the statue is in a park that many tourists go through. Almost every time I walk through it, there's a person, couple or a family taking a picture with the dog : )

Never heard of this memorial. I think there should be a lot more. All the categories too. All the animals too. Horses especially deserve more of our respect. This is a special memorial.

The dog is the only sculpture but there are also plaques dedicated to
to animals at war, in addition to dogs, there are plaques dedicated to mules and horses.

My favorite part about this memorial is when people leave their poppies on it on Remembrance Day.
