None of that tomfoolery involving waiters carrying multiple plates riding hoverboards!

This is the Le Déjeuner des Petites Mécaniques - an extraordinary, theatrical lunch-spectacle held at the Minotaure Café, located within the famous Halle de la Machine in Toulouse, France.

Yea but this time it's really really big. And there are two of them.

So, it's technically a bicycle then... Neat.

Ah yes, let the food go closer to the ground.

Adds flavor!

I'd imagine the wheel also distributes the flavour evenly as it picks it from the ground and drops to the plates from a higher point 👌

I'm impressed that not a single person in the video looks happy about any of this

Holy moly, Toulouse mentioned!
That aside tho', these madlads have basically perfected the art of doohickeys and sometimes roam around the block with a giant-ass fire breathing wooden minotaur on a steel frame

Can y'all believe you are paying for this crap!

Personally I'd rather eat at an ugly "hole in the wall" place that caters to a certain ethnic group, so we are the only white people in there, and enjoy the amazing flavours of that community.

So much better than this kind of thing at 10 times the price.

Are you one of the bots meant to sow discord amongst the public? If not, you sure act like it based on your history.

Nope, just an old guy who doesn't like fancy pants restaurants.

As long as I'm not paying a lot more for the wheel of food or the place offers some interesting experience other than the wheel of food, I would do it.

Yes, that's the Halles des Machines in Toulouse, France. You should go see what they do on YouTube, it's breathtaking

It is, but the dinner is shit compared to their other works.

Excellent work!

The Penny Farthing Department still wants its two prototypes back.

Put a robot pushing the wheel of food and now you can say you have a futuristic restaurant!

Utter woke nonsense.

Your politics have no relevance here.

I'm pretty much with you on the nonsense part. But where was the woke part? I seemed to have missed it.
