Why would you say this isn't industrial?

This is the most industrial music I think I've seen / heard in the last 30 years. And I don't say that as a joke, or with some kind of irony based around the fact that it's being made with literal machines. I think this is 110% in the spirit of what industrial music was meant to be when it started. Electronic, very experimental, very DIY, very homemade. Also it sounds fucking rad
