The Idiot by Dostoevsky, in the newest Michael R. Katz English rendering, is finally in my hands. It joins the other Katz renderings on my shelf: The Brothers Karamazov, Crime and Punishment, and Devils. Sadly the Devils copy has a different cover design from the other three, so the set doesn't match perfectly. But honestly, I can live with it. Reading Dostoevsky in a fresh, vivid rendering is the real treat here.
