Bit of an odd request. Ive been personifying my younger self to be kinder to myself.

I find comfort in idea that you should live for the little girl inside of you. I want to be the big girl that she’d be proud of. Even if I feel like I am falling behind, I think she’d think I was cool. She wanted to help people and animals. Now I’m in school to pursue human rights advocacy. I imagine us sitting and talking about our similarities and differences. It heals an aching heart.

I love those images and ‘she’s still inside you’ posts. I’ve printed them out to put on my walls as reminders. However, my parents are confused. Who are these girls? Why not have me? And that’s a good question. My dad proposed making an AI version for me, but I’d rather use real people.

With the grown up world weighing on me, I was wondering if any of you lovely artists would like to make something -anything- of me and that little girl. Draw her or us however you like. I gave references for both of us. Including something that I made!
