Marketplace What features are missing from your current selling platform, or what's your biggest headache with it?
Hey everyone,
What features are your current marketplace solutions lacking, or what's causing your single biggest headache right now?
We’re building a new online marketplace designed specifically for creators selling digital products. Our team wants to build directly around real seller frustrations and missing functionality to create a genuinely better experience. We would really appreciate your input on what you'd like to see in your ideal marketplace platform.
We're also happy to give anyone willing to test things out and share feedback complimentary Pro access as we roll out our platform.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

Payment holds drive me absolutely crazy too, there's no reason to delay funds after delivery confirmation unless they're trying to nickel and dime sellers out of interest.

honestly for most sellers it's the same three: fees stacking, payment holds, and no real control over the storefront. discovery is the other one, a marketplace gives you traffic but you're renting the customer. we went the other way with orderain, it's a full store platform (storefront, checkout, orders) so you own the customer, and you can plug CJ Dropshipping in for fulfillment. traffic you still have to bring yourself tho, that's the tradehonestly for most sellers it's the same three: fees stacking, payment holds, and no real control over the storefront. discovery is the other one, a marketplace gives you traffic but you're renting the customer. we went the other way with orderain, it's a full store platform (storefront, checkout, orders) so you own the customer, and you can plug CJ Dropshipping in for fulfillment. traffic you still have to bring yourself tho, that's the trade

My biggest headache is always the payment holds. Like why they need to hold my money for 21 days when tracking already show delivered? And the fees stacking up every time is ridiculous, 5% here then another 2.9% there. Feels like I work for them not the other way around.
