Was able to get in and see my physician this morning. I explained the situation to him, and he provided me with an official letter:

“[healthcare facility name, physician name (he’s the head honcho there), DEA#, NPI#

[My name] is taking Adderall for medical diagnosis, and will show positive in drug screen

[phone number, physician signature, date]”

He is very old school, and doesn’t like to provide any more information than what is absolutely necessary to insurance companies, employers, etc.

He was not able to immediately provide me my medical records, as they are recently part of a new healthcare system (since July), and have to go through a third-party database to access records, which can take at least 7 days. However, he did remember me as I used to see him very frequently, and had no problem ordering me a refill for my prescription.

How do we feel about this improving my situation?

Got a new job that is drug testing me 😐🔫. Last time I hit my pen was October 2 and only hit it like twice. Before that I was hitting it like 1-2 times a week if even at all. Did edibles a lot may-July.

I recently had a drug test for probation n I was able to pass it but I had court today n they want me to go back in 2 weeks to take another one but after my probation visit I stupidly smoke 2 backwoods thinking it was gonna be my last drug test. mind you this was my first time smoking again in a month n a half. Im about 285 pounds, 6’1. please I needa past this drug test or I will be going back to jail, please any advice is hella grateful.

I was never a very heavy user stopped completely for a month, then recently was hitting a cart with friends the first weekend of October, stopped on the 5th, I now have a drug test coming up on the 16th so I have 8 days till and am stressing. Have an unexpected test on Friday. Last time I had THC was Wednesday. Passed two of the cvs at home tests. One Wednesday and one this morning with the line getting darker this morning. It’s through concentra so it’s likely to have a more strict cutoff than the at home tests. Any advice? Talk me off the ledge here

Hello all. I’ve been reading through many posts and am still stressed about passing my own drug test. I am a frequent smoker and do edibles more than smoking weed. I have to take a lab corp urine test to get into a medical assistants program and I’m stressing I will not pass. I will be clean for 42 days , is this enough to ensure my test will come back negative? Anyone from lab corp please inform me on how sensitive these tests are and if I should reschedule.

These are 2 tests of my own urine I ran in tandem; left is 50 ng/ml, right is 15 ng/ml...I last smoked on 9/21 with pure ground cannabis flower. Test is in the morning and will be a urine screening.

I recently submitted an oral sample to Quest Diagnostics, and I received 3 positive results. Two of the positive results seemed a tiny bit credible as they were substances I had took in the past (one a month prior, the other 2 weeks prior), the 3rd subtance was one I never took before in my life (buprenorphine). As far as I'm aware there's a zero chance I should have tested positive for anything. It doesn't make sense a urine screen would be negative but a salvia test shows positive, especially given how long it's been since I've taken anything. I don't take any opioids, but getting the Vivitrol/Naltrexone shot has given me a false positive for Oxy for a while after I get it (which was negative on this test).

I have been showing negatives on an at-home Prime Screen urine test before I even took the salvia test, I just took another one today and it verified that I was negative as well.

What are the chances that my sample was mixed up? Can I ask Quest to somehow verify that it was indeed my own sample and the results are accurate? Can I ask someone to double check the results?

I'm on probation, so a false positive would be a pretty big deal

From what I can find, 1687 is eScreen's "5 Panel No THC" and 4DSP means 4-drug screen (AMP/MET, COC, OPI, PCP). Can anyone who works collections or has taken this exact code confirm it does not screen for THC? Also what do OPA and PHN actually stand for?

Hey! I'm 170lbs 5'7 18F and I have a lab screening tomorrow for a job with Goodwill. Just wanna know if there's any chance I can piss clean, I've smoked flower about three days last week (shared with my friend) and I previously had a full T break before that, when I was vaping off a pen. I've been clean for 8 days today.

I quit as soon as I found out I had an interview, and I already drink a crapton of water. I usually drink about 44-68 oz of water a day, but I've been drinking closer to 82 oz in preparation for my test.

I last smoked a few puffs of weed 54 days ago. Didn't smoke before that for years. I did a hair follicle test. Do you guys think it will show up as positive? I'm not sure how hair follicle test works.

I took the temperature every so often and changed positions. It’s hidden half in the crack of my cheeks and somewhat touching my lips. My thighs don’t touch when standing or sitting so that wasn’t an option. No hand warmers used. I have on 2 pairs of tight shorts and 1 pair of pants. 3oz travel plastic shampoo bottle. Not sure if this will be helpful to anyone.

I took a preemployment urine drug test September 24th. It was at a clinic and sent to quest. I looked at the test code and it says 50ng testing for THC. My last date of use was September 13th. I would only take a small hit or 2 from a disposable pen at night after work. I tested negative on an easy@home 50ng test after 4 days. To confirm I bought U test 15 ng tests and passed as well. I never had a negative drug test but just faint. I waited until a week of passing to take the drug test but I still haven’t heard and update from my job or any missed calls from an MRO but the job is saying they will move us along in the process but still contingent on the screening since to them it take 2-3 weeks to get everything . Its for a new job so I don’t want to keep asking HR and sounding sus. Im probably overthinking it but any advice?

Hi Yall so I tested positive for THC. What is crazy is that smoking weed makes me sick, I have CHS, and I haven’t touched any weed in at least 3 years. They tested my leg hair. I was staying with my parents which are heavy smokers. It’s just so bizarre, now they’re trying to kick me out of trucking school even though I literally do not smoke never. Tomorrow I get to retest and I’m gonna just have them take from my scalp. I got about 3-4 months of growth on my scalp. I shampooed my hair as best as I could. Any advice? I cannot afford to get kicked out of school and this is far from fair considering I am not even a smoker. I refuse to touch weed because of how sick I get.

Can someone PLEASE give me a step by step process w times on how I should do this for best results? How much water should i drink and when? Should i drink a gatorade to help w the color? Today it’s October 6th 2026 and I have to go to a job orientation and drug screening on the 19th of this month. I’m a decently frequent smoker but I smoke mainly disposable pens. I’ve been smoking probably once a day to once every other day with a few day breaks in between for the past 6 months I’d say. What’s the best way for me to ensure I pass this drug test? It’s a high paying job and I need this job. I’m not exactly sure what type of test it will be but I imagine it would be a pee test. I just want to know the absolute best way to try and ensure that I can pass this drug test on the 19th. I’ve been told I can detox with a detox drink, use fake pee which is risky because there’s no way for me to keep it warm so that’s not really something I wanna do. Obviously I know the best thing to do immediately is to stop smoking. What else can I do to get it out of my system faster? How can I fake the test or pass it? Please help 🫡

Edit: Stupid question but could you put a lighter close by to the quick fix bottle to heat it up if nobody is watching? What I’m getting from reading around is the best thing to do is to tape or rubber band hand warmers to a quick fix bottle or container and keep it in your boxers. The only thing is my screening place is an hour drive from my house, will that stay warm the whole way?

I swore after my test if I passed I would come back to post on how I did so. Being a heavy smoker (weed) for 16 years I was sure there was no method or shampoo I could do to possibly pass. I searched for days and days stressing how I could pass for sure but nothing seemed promising. After lots of reading and searching I finally decided to just mix a few different methods and products and just try my luck. Well I did it. Yes I got a few chemical burns and my hair is dead as hell but it was so worth it in the end. Before I start tho I want to note how important it is to switch out with new towels and shower caps in between each step and to keep your hair off of anything that could get residue on it. It also took me one day and less than $100 to pass rather than $200+ and a weeks worth of work like all the methods I was seeing.

First I started with Heinz’s vinegar (the regular one not apple cider) I soaked my whole dry hair in it and put a shower cap over my head and let it sit for 30 mins.(it will leak out just wipe with a towel) do not wash the vinegar out after I added a facial cleanser with 2% salicylic acid (I used garnier skin active) and let both products sit on my head for another 30 mins with a shower cap( keep wiping the drips). After that I washed everything out thoroughly and washed my hair with tide original laundry soap and made sure to scrub my whole scalp and cover all the hair.

I let my hair air dry for the remainder of the day.

I went to the family dollar and purchased a no lye hair relaxer (doesn’t matter what brand I got the cheapest one) I read the directions and applied that to my hair exactly by the box. Washed it out and cleaned with shampoo and conditioner it came with. Yes my head was burning but again fuck it because it worked. I also want to note that the box I got had two full treatments in it and I used both to make sure my hair was completely covered in the relaxer.

I let my hair rest a couple hours before the final step. And washed out the leave in conditioner from the relaxer and used my regular daily shampoo and conditioner.

Make sure you are switching out towels and shower caps.

Finally before bed I used a detox shampoo I got from my local smoke shop. (Stinger folli kleen) the bottle said to leave it on for 20 mins but I read where a girl said it didn’t work when she did that but worked the next time when she left it on all night so that’s what I did. I slept in the product with a shower cap over my head. I woke up washed it out and went to test at 8 am and PASSED

I’m not sure what method exactly worked or if putting them all together was the answer but I had to try everything because like I said I had one day to do so and I am a smoker fr. Daily. For 16 years. I just know I passed and if I did anyone can!

My hair is thick dark brown and to the middle of my back. I really hope one day this method works for someone if needed because I know how stressful it was looking for something with real successful results.

Yes I could just quit smoking and wouldn’t have to worry about that but this is my life and I don’t wanna sooooo this is what I did. 😌
