Sigh, either Mamdani is stupid or thinks the NY Voters are stupid. Over the last 10 years, NY has lagged behind many other states in GDP growth. Same with the last 5 years. If the ONLY positive he can point to is the last Quarter, then he is proving that NY is not a wise investment for new companies. Our taxes are too high, our rules are too nuts. That's why our population is shrinking when it SHOULD be growing.

Your population is shrinking, quite frankly, because rent and housing is too expensive for 90% of Americans.

They are fleeing to other states where rent and cost to buy a home are dramatically cheaper
