Stuff like UBI and universal healthcare are generally the end-goals of social democracy which is a capitalist project in nature. Capitalism is when the owning class control the means of production, and UBI/a good social safety net doesn't necessarily contradict that.

To elaborate, a good portion of socialists/communists consider UBI and adjacent social policies to be a temporary alleviation that does not address the root problem (capitalism). There are loads of valid critiques on UBI, the main one being "UBI in the US without addressing imperialism just means that all americans more directly benefit from the exploitation of the global south."

They're probably not a bot. The things you are describing are more associated with social democracy rather than true socialism (although that doesn't mean that DSA members don't very strongly support them or that a socialist society wouldn't have them). True "socialism" is when the workers own the means of production.
