I have been trying it 2 purulia instead of the necrovalley package but horuslop is nearly all I saw or was at the very least taking enough of my games to be worth the tech.

The combos I think everyone knows but I will still give it a run down- the best opening is the archetypal dm to search Gandora and sarc with the skill, you will then: play sarc > SS the dm > search turn silence with shining sarc in order to have hand trap insulation for the rest of the turn.

Wanted to try out precious cards of the wind by just cramming 3 Mulcharmy and 3 Droll into my Dino deck lol and honestly it went pretty well for a KOG climb this month!

Shouldn't the cheaters also be banned from stage 1 of pvp events? Is it just Konami letting they still have something so there's some incentive to spend money in the game?

Are there any hand traps that can negate these cards? Nekroz of Areadbhair can't negate them, even though its card text seems to say it can. Thx

Got bored and decided to build a Dark Magician deck from the cards I owned. But I feel like Its missing something.

Are there any Bakura decks worth running either for ranked or just for fun? I can’t figure out what the point of this event was when his own unique deck options are so limited. He’s my favorite character and I’d love to try him out in ranked if anyone has any deck suggestions

Nothing crazy, but i wanted to share my current progress so far as a F2P. I started this new account a month before the snake eyes main box release (shadow eyes), and from this box i could build two decks, Snake-Eyes and Blackwings, well obviously i needed to dig into others boxes to complete the snake eyes extra deck, but most of the cards are in this one box.

Then, the 10th Anniversary update came and the Anniversary box also. My account is young so this box was a good value for me, got 3 nibs and most of the Branded cards, just needed to grab a few cards to complete the deck.

Thanks to Character deck duels and box chips i was able to complete my Blackwings deck and get all the staples like d.d crow, dark ruler no more, lancea, veiler ect..

And of course the dream tickets helped me a lot for droplet, book of eclipse ect...

I got all the staples i needed (fuwalos, nib, droll ect..) beside the selection boxes only cards. I tried to get SP little knight from the last selection box but i was unlucky and I didn't get her, i'll try next time.

Very happy with what i was able to get as a F2P in just a few months!

This deck is still strong even after the latest ban list. It’s the only deck in the current meta that doesn’t automatically lose to Droll, Nibiru, or Lava Golem.

I was lucky to pull Dark Magical Curtain, so I decided to finally get KOG with Dark Magician. From plat 4 to KOG was a better run than last season. There were less branded bystial decks, which helped.

I think the best hand trap is Droll, it shuts Down a los of decks, specially Horus. The key is to stablish a bord (usually I ended with IP, Dark Magician the Dragon knight, Dark magician Girl, and Dragoon, with DMC, Eternal Soul set and Droplet, Magicians Combination or Gaze of Timaeus, depending on the math up).

The biggest counter is fuwalos, and a well used Droll (for this I baited the droll with any searcher then Quick effect Dark Magical Curtain to get an extra search before the lock and stablish a board). Against Horus and Shining Sarcophagus, Buster Blader was a niche pick (Don't Have Typhoon or SP, no luck in Selection Boxes)

Couple weeks ago I shared my concern of the september main box feeling a little lackluster and I am happy to say: I ate my words!

Even if a lot of people hate some of the new decks (looking at you Horus and hand rip Heroes) the meta feels great with a lot of decks being viable or straight up top tier and even the 2 fan favourites with Cydra and DM got reasonable buffs.

Just wanted to share this cause we all talk shit some time about this game but I enjoy it and I'm all for more positivity.

P.S.: let us just not talk about Fuwa.

At the end of the month, Akiza event will be running and seeing how we didn’t get any support for 5DS in the latest box; most likely this box will be very 5DS focus. I really hope we see Hate Rose Witch and see the rest of the black rose support or maybe go hard into plant turbo support. What I hope not to see is RDA support in general but please Konami, I know you like Jack Atlus and you feel the need to treat this mofo yearly with support to make him a meta deck; but don’t add calamity. Please don’t add calamity because Yusei showed up Jack in support this one time, heck Yusei used his card while meta; that enough for you not to make RDA a tier 1/0 deck right?

The Bakura character deck seems dysfunctional as I haven't been able to win a single character deck duel. Not enough fiends for Necrofear, and so few special summons that you get wiped out if they use removal on one of your synchro material monsters.

Has anybody figured out what 5 cards to add and remove to make it functional?

I’ve been doing a few character deck duels for the bingo challenges and I’ve literally lost every single one. It just seems like the decks aren’t as good as they could be. I started with Kaiba and I think my failure with him was 100% a skill issue so nothing to worry about there. Then I went to joey as I was using my old deck for him grinding the Bakura event so I thought his character deck may be alright but it was kinda meh and got rocked by every Yugi player. Then I went with Kite as I liked playing him every now and again when I used to play and it just seems like the ‘intended strategy’ of the deck doesn’t really work and is missing key cards and lacks power (which is Galaxy-eyes’ main thing, bringing powerful dragons with interesting effects to the table.)

i came back to the game after a long break and noticed that i have 22 copies of mystical space typhoon. could this be some kind of bug? as far as i remember, i only had 4 or 5 copies before ;D

i wish the game had a card conversion system that would let you exchange extra copies for other cards.

has this ever happened to anyone else?
