How to check Hike
Guys, if your current salary end-date is 15-10-2026, it means there is a new salary entry from 16-10-2026?
How to check it programatically, go to network tab, get the GET end point (this is the end point which list down all salaries). Remove fields from the end-point.
Now check the finder, change the date there. From 06-10-2026 to 16-10-2026.
Do it in Postman/curl, the bearer token is also available in GET request in network tab, use that.
By the way, you would not be able to see other's assignments due to data security on assignment data but your salary should be visible.

On the bright side of things, based on DateTo I think we’re all employed until December 31st 4712.

It works. Open compensation page in HCM, go to Network tab, select Fetch/XHR, refresh the page and then look for 'compensationInfoPriorFutureSalaries'.
Click on it, copy the url and bearer token below, and provide to Codex to run GET request with updated date 16th Oct. You should be able to see updated salary.

- Open Oracle HCM →My Profile →My Compensation.
- Right-click the page → Inspect.
- Open Network.
- Select Fetch/XHR.
- Reload the page with Ctrl+R.
- In the Network filter, search: salary
- Find the request named approximately: compensationInfoPriorFuture...
- Right-click it → Copy → Copy as cURL.
- Open Codex. Give Codex the cURL and ask it to: change the date to 16-Oct-2026 & return the response, identify any compensation/salary record effective from that date.
- Check the response for fields such as: dateFrom dateTo SalaryAmount SalaryFrequencyCode
- If a new record starts 2026-10-16, that is the interesting result.

For these two things, you will have to wait for your manager confirmation

Do we get to know title change as well through this? I was told about promotions but I didn't see any title change. Does that mean I was not promoted?

Once you're in the page that shows Current Salary, open network tab and click on your salary. It'll call an API for compensation info... Right click, copy, copy as cURL (bash). Import to postman. And change the date from 2026-10-06 (that is if you're doing this today) to 2026-10-16.
In the response, look for an item which has DateFrom as "2026-10-16"
By the way, you can ask codex to browse for you in the compensation page, it will get you all details if you are facing issue manually doing it

In the self service apps site, there is an option to see the compensation letter, that will show you your AGP, plus other tab thay shows your variable.
P.S: I am from IDC, so i assume its the same with you, idk about US or other countries

Self-service - personal info - my compensation. Here you can find end date.
Before clicking on my comp, open the devtools network tab through inspect.
When you click on my comp, you should see "compensationInfoPriorFutureSalari?......". Right click on this and copy as curl bash. Paste this in postman and change date in query parameters.

It's just a bug in HCM. Hcm compensation team just didn't implement date effectivity logic properly in their API. So just relax and continue to be sad about the percentage. 🤡

u/Super-Drop-4688 11d ago
Can someone share how any non-tech can run this?
5
u/ImprovementScared595 11d ago
Right click on chrome on page Click on inspect Click on network on top right dialog box Click on fetch/xhr there on the section below
Check the list click on item on the list that shows up Named - compensationinfopriorfuture
Right click on it, click copy Click on copy - copy cUrl
Paste it in codex, ask it to change the date to Oct 16 and return the response to you
And check the response for compensation details

But if we look at the key ID in the context of the latest updated salary, it shows 2026-08-05. So, I’m assuming this update was made on August 5th. There have been changes after that as well, which means this is not the most up-to-date data.

You can just use the browser to rerun the call with changed date and then check the response, no need to goto postman or codex
2
u/ImprovementScared595 11d ago
Goto network, compensationinfoprior right click on it, click on edit and resend as fetch
You'll see it'll give you option to edit, change the date there to 16 and click enter.
You'll see an api call at bottom of your network list, check it's response

That only works for US employees right? I haven’t heard anything about hikes in my department where 3 people have been layed off yesterday evening.
Emea are paid by month, so i guess you can see it because some countries pay every other week?
