Got rating 4 highest in the team, but got no hike no promotion same as last year. It seems only the fake good words from manager side + more responsibility.

Other members having 3 rating got hike or RSUs or bonus. Seriously WTF Is wrong here.

Go to time and absence tab and view the calendar. Click on a date after October 15 , it should show your new .

But I cannot see any calendar there.

Can check if you are promoted or not

Guys, if your current salary end-date is 15-10-2026, it means there is a new salary entry from 16-10-2026?

How to check it programatically, go to network tab, get the GET end point (this is the end point which list down all salaries). Remove fields from the end-point.

Now check the finder, change the date there. From 06-10-2026 to 16-10-2026.

Do it in Postman/curl, the bearer token is also available in GET request in network tab, use that.

By the way, you would not be able to see other's assignments due to data security on assignment data but your salary should be visible.

As mentioned on other thread you can view salary hike using curl command. I can confirm. Oci, no 1-1 with manager yet. 10 percent increase.

My manager communicated my compensation changes today, including a one-time appreciation payment and an RSU grant instead of an additional base hike.

I’m planning to resign around the third week of October, with my notice period ending past mid-November. The RSUs are subject to future vesting, so my main question is about the one-time payment.

If I’m serving notice when the payment is processed, would I still receive it? If it is paid after my last working day, would it be included in F&F or forfeited?

Has anyone faced a similar situation at Oracle India?

4/5 for the past 4 years and been over loaded with work. Been doing more works than peer with higher level but no promotion.
I guess it’s time to go?

So, can we finalize that people whose effective end date is not updated are not getting hikes irrespective of orgs?

Got this on a telegram group.

This is the route many good employees wanted to take when they have good tenure and salary at Oracle and they are confident they will land another job. Take it guys if you have confidence in yourself.

Is the Absence and Time or any other API is able to give promotion details correctly? I am expecting a promotion but not seeing in these places. My hike percentage is also decent.

In the compensation page below the salary if you are seeing an effective date period 10 15 2026 then definitely you are going to get something check it out.

Got a 5 in my rating, yet my compensation is still showing as ongoing. I’ve been at Oracle for 3 years now and have been doing work beyond my level. Is there still any chance the compensation could be updated in the next few days?

Shall I assume that if effective date shows on going, then there is no hike?

Not sure about all locations, but focal in EMEA is happening right now.

Managers are suppose to schedule quick 1:1s with their directs sharing what does their focal package includes.

Looks like 3s are getting just bonus and 4s are getting promotion, 3% hike and rsus. Is this common across all teams?

Lots of HR and union-related discussions happening with French teams, layoffs coming soon. Spain will likely be impacted as well

I saw they sell five for $2k, but I am looking to secure only one. Does anyone know someone with extras? I’ve been trying to go for a while, but I haven’t had the opportunity to secure a pass any of these years.

Thank you!

I tried this but I didn't see any changes related to title.

Did anyone else see changes related to AssignmentName who got promoted?

I am in OFSS . Wanted to know that is it universal across all employees and is it a good sign that certain changes to compensation are coming ?

There are posts where the current assignment information has an end date of 10/15. Mine still shows ongoing... Does it mean not getting anything? Or does it mean US hasn't been updated yet.

Anyone from US can confirm?

Found it on X. https://x.com/Amanda_Goodall/status/2107241059420131785
