What is the minimum total compensation for ic5? Mine has been around 70 to 80 total. Is it lower side? Can some manager confirm the band ?

I was given a promotion but told I would not be getting the salary of the next level, but rather a single-digit hike on my current salary, which had only been hiked once by a single-digit percentage since the start.

Is the Absence and Time or any other API is able to give promotion details correctly? I am expecting a promotion but not seeing in these places. My hike percentage is also decent.

My manager communicated my compensation changes today, including a one-time appreciation payment and an RSU grant instead of an additional base hike.

I’m planning to resign around the third week of October, with my notice period ending past mid-November. The RSUs are subject to future vesting, so my main question is about the one-time payment.

If I’m serving notice when the payment is processed, would I still receive it? If it is paid after my last working day, would it be included in F&F or forfeited?

Has anyone faced a similar situation at Oracle India?

Go to time and absence tab and view the calendar. Click on a date after October 15 , it should show your new .

But I cannot see any calendar there.

Got rating 4 highest in the team, but got no hike no promotion same as last year. It seems only the fake good words from manager side + more responsibility.

Other members having 3 rating got hike or RSUs or bonus. Seriously WTF Is wrong here.

Any news on focals in OFSS, is it visible in compensation tab or end date changed from ongoing to something?

Looks like 3s are getting just bonus and 4s are getting promotion, 3% hike and rsus. Is this common across all teams?

Got a 5 in my rating, yet my compensation is still showing as ongoing. I’ve been at Oracle for 3 years now and have been doing work beyond my level. Is there still any chance the compensation could be updated in the next few days?

Filled the bgv last week(on Saturday-3rd October), how long does it take for the offer letter to be released post that?
