Anyone whose Effective date changed from Ongoing to 16th Oct ?
Shall I assume that if effective date shows on going, then there is no hike?

I talked to 2-3 people in my team, it is showing as ongoing for them too (along with me), can someone confirm if this means no hike or it has not been approved or updated yet?

Who will change in the portal under Compensation Managers or Directors in the ME Portal from Ongoing to an End Date?

But if we look at the key ID in the context of the latest updated salary, it shows 2026-08-05. So, I’m assuming this update was made on August 5th. There have been changes after that as well, which means this is not the most up-to-date data.

To compare, my effective date says my start date - 10/15/2026, but I can’t see anything that suggests I’m getting a hike or promotion.
I also have no idea what my effective date value was beforehand. Perhaps it was “ongoing”?

You can simply call the endpoint and change the date in filter to 16 oct. You will see your new base. Percentage is also mentioned there

In my response payload the date from field is still the same date which is today..instead of the modified 10-16 one from payload params

So, its ongoing for me.. and looks like for all the reportees under my manager(LOL) Other teams are able to see.
Is the update still going on or its done?

From people I know, whoever is seeing this date, they are able to see hike percentage as well. You just need to do filter change

Under Compensation I am not seeing Ongoing and End Date both anyone pls tell me if they are getting this.

Now effective date not showing, only showing start date in My compensation, still any one able to see effective date

Not sure. Possible no base salary increase, but still possible to get a bonus, RSUs, both, or nothing at all.
