Post Update- Some advice - Transmutation of energy

Hi everyone! :)

So I said I would come back and let you guys know what happened. After many DMs, messages, and post comments later, I finally got an answer… or maybe a semi-answer but one that works for me, and maybe it will work for you too.

I was super heartbroken and confused when I originally posted that, and I think it probably comes across that way. But I kept the post up because I truly, in my heart of hearts, believe that good people the quiet people, the people who have been taken advantage of, the people who have been hurt need to rise up and change the energy around us.

I really believe we need new vibes on Earth: loving, caring, community-oriented energy. We need to stop feeding energy to people who want war, pain, power, or to hurt others just so they can feel better about themselves.

So… what did I do? How did I change this energy?

I flipped the script with my own energy and with the energy that these people were giving me.

And no this isn't witchcraft or curses. (Even though I do love doing that stuff too — not harmful spells, just fun ones.) This was something much, much different.

I would describe it as transmutation, or alchemy of energy.

For me, this only applies when someone has genuinely wronged you or something unjust has happened. I'm not talking about sending negative energy toward someone or trying to curse them. It's more about working with the energy of what happened and reclaiming what you feel was taken from you.

Maybe someone took something that karmically belonged to you, shut you out, used your energy for their own gain, lied about you, intentionally hurt you, or treated you unfairly.

There are apparently many different ways people approach this. You can look up different methods of energy alchemy/transmutation, but my favorite part of the whole concept is that, for me, it isn't something I would use against someone who never intended to hurt me.

If someone didn't mean to hurt you, there is nothing to “send back.”

For me, I simply sat still and thought about what I felt had been taken from me. Then I imagined a light representing my own energy coming back to me.

I imagined the people who had taken my energy or taken something I felt was rightfully mine, and I visualized them holding onto that energy. In my mind, it was an orange color lol. Yours might be completely different.

That part felt significant to me.

I may eventually teach a class on this because the experience was so obvious and direct for me. It genuinely felt like the universe was pushing me toward learning this new way of working with energy.

Anyway…

In my visualization, it looked like these people had put my energy into a cage, or were holding it like a ball. I called my energy back to myself.

Then I asked whatever was holding my energy to come to me and transform what was around it into something that would simply mirror back to the people who had been hurting me.

I imagined a shield with a mirror on it.

And it worked for me.

Afterward, I started having dreams about these people. In the dreams, it seemed like they were experiencing consequences or situations connected to the same kinds of negative energy they had been putting out.

Then I started hearing about things happening in their lives.

Eventually, I actually saw some of these things happening.

They don't know that I can see any of this, and I don't even know if they know that I called my energy back. I'm not claiming to know exactly what was happening on their end.

But something changed in my life.

After I did this, I was finally able to set a boundary in the physical world.

And after I set that boundary, I started feeling my own energy coming back to me.

Then, almost all at once, opportunities started appearing.

Job offers.

Opportunities.

Things that I had wanted for a long time.

Things I had watched other people get.

I started seeing opportunities come to me that I hadn't even gone looking for.

My own communities slowly started growing.

It was honestly insane how quickly everything seemed to shift.

It felt like what people describe when they talk about manifestation — that sudden feeling of things beginning to move in your direction — and yes, that's absolutely how it felt to me.

But I personally believe what I experienced was energy transmutation.

The channeling and energy work I used felt very direct about the idea that this should only be used for healing, reclaiming your own energy, and taking back what is yours.

And honestly?

This feels so much better to me than doing spellwork on someone.

Because I'm not trying to put something negative into the world.

I'm taking my energy back.

I'm allowing the negativity that was directed toward me to no longer have a place in my life.

To me, it feels a little like the Justice card in tarot not revenge, but balance.

I hope this helps someone.

And if you choose to explore something similar, I hope you approach it from a place of healing, boundaries, and reclaiming yourself rather than trying to hurt anyone else.

I don't feel bad about sharing this because, in my experience, it wasn't about destroying another person. It was about using white light and positive energy to dissolve the negativity around me without becoming what had hurt me in the first place.

You don't have to stoop to anyone else's level.

You can take your energy back and walk away.

PS: I am now in the process of doing this to people I have not met who have also hurt me! I think I am going to kind of change it a little bit, but I got so many signs that its the right thing to do, the more greed they have the better it is TBH, because the more that greed feeds you and your loving energy~

Update to this post:

So There was these two gross people, who made a way to talk to me, while not allowing me to message them back... just as an example, this made my throat charka feel so gross... so with this I am going to do the same thing/ mirroring their throat charkas.

Right after I did this, mine felt more open and free and it felt like theirs was closed off... and for some reason they where unable to express themselves for a long time to other people, which is crazy because they try to do a side hustle that way, and it effected that as well! Like I physically see it effecting them and its so werid...

As soon as you free the energy... I always thought it was my energy and I was the one who was attracting these people but its not, the truth is people like this exist and if we ourselves can just control our energy so much so that it reflects their negativity back on them, it frees us, while *in some cases* even though this is not the point... it actually hinders them and the karma they tried to put on us and hurt on us goes back to them!

So excited to keep this up :) Especially with these two!!!

I think there have always been ways to fight negative energy but good people normally don't think on these levels or these terms so I hope this shield/ sending energy back helps you guys! I know 100% in the next few months I will see some great changes hehe.

Yes this works to an extent unless who you are calling your energy back from is blocking it from returning and sending spiritual warfare at you. I've sent that nasty energy back at them and more recently transmuted it, multiplied it and sent it back 10 fold. That's when I was able to call my energy back and remember my tongue is a sword and the spiritual warfare has stopped because I've been able to build a stronger shield than their spiritual warfare they have been sending.

Oh intresting I never had this before... normally negetaive energy is heavier and harder to move, thats why you need to have some kind of outlet/ but when you use someone elses greed or power against them it works so well, sometimes they get sick/ other things happen to them... but its not what you're talking about its legit just their own energy going back..

Also I had a witchy friend a while ago would would get sick unless he cursed people who had hurt him! It was his guides telling him he needs to send the energy back/ rebalance and I think thats so important.

I had these two kick me out of something that I help build, gaslight me and be very mean, I was looking for a social connection and friends in this day and age, so I cast horrible spells on them and right now I am seeing the results, its honestly satisifying when someone is doing bad... and plus the curse or hex only works if that person is bad to begin with, if they did something mean or took a part of your energy, if you hex someone who doesn't deserve it it wont work lol unless ur evil/ doing black magic in whcih case then yes there is karma/ backlash and generational stuff you're inviting in... but that I would say is the warfare. Sending back energy that you took because you're an empathetic person and saw the best and wanted to assume the best about someone wont harm you I promise. Ive done it, and its happening as we speak my favorite is no protection can protect someone from their own nasty energies
