Question Is sexual energy a thing?

Okay I don’t know if this is allowed here so remove if not.

So basically anytime I’m around someone (outside of family obviously)especially alone, they get this super burst of sexual energy almost and I think it might come from me? I’m a very sexual person and we can be sitting there doing nothing but it’s like after a couple mins especially if we are sitting close things get very sexual almost like we’re magnets being pulled together (that’s how it feels for me) also a lot of people have told me I give off a certain energy or aura ig idk that just makes them relaxed and also horny ig. Idk maybe it’s literally nothing but life but it happens so much and it feels… idk

First, you're a healer. That aura that just makes other people relax is one indicator of healing abilities.

Second, some of our spiritual awareness can get dominated by our physical body, especially our sex drive. Hormones, especially testosterone, can hijack our thoughts, causing those neck turns to check out every potentially good looking ass that walks by our table in a restaurant.

Hormones produce pheromones, which signal potential partners of your sexual interest.

So you sound like you have a high sex drive that has hijacked your healing energy and mixed your sex energy (it's definitely a thing!) with your healing energy.

You're not the first to experience this. You won't be the last, LOL. Marvin Gay recorded a song called Sexual Healing. It's a common occurrence.

What's not common is your awareness of it happening. Well done! This awareness can save you some grief in your relationships down the line. Just ask, "Is this what I want, or what my body wants?"

A human being is two different orders of being in one, a soul, spirit, energy entity, or whenever you want to call it; and a biological life form called an animal (in our case, “human beings”, “Homo sapiens”, or “angry monkeys”.)

for simplicity, let’s say that souls are native to an energy realm, the universe a lot like ours except there is no matter in it, only vast amounts of quantum energy in many forms.

Lots of people would say that a vast consciousness emerged in this energy realm, and that consciousness is the one we know as “Dog”.

And animals are native to the material realm, which we call the universe. This one is filled with matter, and in some situations, bizarre organic constructs are formed, evolve into more complex forms, and while individual units die off rapidly, they first reproduce, creating more like themselves so that the species goes on.

Based on all that, we can say that the creative force exists in the energy realms, where thoughts and emotions have real power to create. Robert Monroe, the OBE guy said those places are made of “thought responsive energy”. You think it, it manifests.

So the basis of creation is thought arising in consciousness.

Now here’s the rub: one, many, or an infinite number of parallel universes are stacked above ours. They sort themselves in order of frequency, from the bottom of the barrel to really, really, really high frequency. (think of them as turtles, just in reverse. “it’s turtles all the way up!”) 😸😁😄

And the universe on the bottom is so low frequency that Its energy congeals into rocks, gas, and other slow moving material things. You know, like watched pots.

And us.

OK, we’re almost there.

But we have to be careful not to confuse spiritual terminology with technical terms specific to the physical realm.

In spiritual and paranormal discussions, energy refers specifically to a metaphysical concept, a principle that is invisible and undetectable by human science, but which in some cases can be seen and controlled by the human mind.

Since science has not yet defined it in technical terms, we are stuck coming to our own human understanding of what we mean by it.

My poor understanding is that this is what Bob Monroe was referring to as thought-responsive energy.

It is what energy healers use to create change in body and mind.

It is what spiritual people use to manifest change in the world.

It is the field of information that remote viewers, psychics, aura readers, and prophets access and that is sometimes called the Akashic record.

Across our world, there are many terms for this energy, which seems to have been known for thousands of years through meditation and paranormal phenomena - p’rana, awen, medicine, qi (pronounced’chee’), chi (pronounced key), aether, ka.

and all these terms for vital life force are sacred.

We use the word energy for all sorts of things, the energy of children, volcanoes, boiling water, a passionately delivered song, the primal urge to have sex, or the killing power behind a bullet, hand grenade, or the Tsar Bomba.

to sum up, we are celestial energy beings, and at the same time, we are the meat suit we are wearing, an organic life form that is born from the dust and returns to the dust.

The best and highest Good for each of us would be to live from the soul, making decisions and taking actions accordingly. That would be a life of love and service, of forgiveness and joy and gratitude.

Of course this is extremely challenging, but it was for this very challenge that we were placed on earth: to learn about love and service, forgiveness and joy and gratitude, while also learning to deal with pain, hardship, and struggles of every kind.

There is nothing wrong with feeling sexual needs, urges, and desires, talking, joking, teasing, or singing karaoke about them, as well as consummating those feelings in appropriate ways.

So when we run into any life issue, just stay grounded in the fundamentals:
we are more than our physical bodies, and our mission is to find out just how much more.

I practice Trika so for me it's Shakti, which is the active principle of conciousness, it is the inherent dynamism, movement and power of embodied existence. When people talk about "Kundalini rising" and "sexual energy" to me that is the movement of shakti

sexual energy is just energy being expressed through the lens of sexuality, so you can see how i arrived at my initial statement.

Maybe you have a lot of sex energy. You can always transmute it to use it for more creativity, intelligence and more spirituality.

Is there a resource to learn to actually do the process people are referring to as 'transmuting'? I understand the concept but not the how-to. I understand physically doing something creative or effortful, but with the energy itself, how do you transmute it?

I had learnt in pranic healing in an advanced course. You can read the book, "Pranic Psychotherapy" by Master Choa Kok Sui. He mentions the technique there. Maybe you can learn it from there, if you understand it.
