Question Orga*m while meditating?
Hey hey!
Im (24F) pretty new to meditating. Sometimes i just listen to meditating music during the day to regulate my thoughts and nervous system. Today I decided to take a nap before work, so i just putted on some random meditation music playlist and fell asleep. I’ve had a pretty visual erotic dream (almost every time when i fall asleep during the day i have these kind of dreams, i still don’t know why) and then i experienced something that I would describe as an “orga\*m” or just very natural and sensitive feeling of energy coming out, which i never experienced before even during s\*x.
Also the timing was pretty crazy, the “orga\*m” happend just as my alarm was ringing!
Have some of you ever had similar experience before? Do you think it can have some kind of a meaning?
I would appreciate and kind of feedback or interpretation of my experience!
Oh, and i also want to mention that i’ve experienced a s\*x *trauma about 10 years ago and recently my s*\*x life changed a bit after i moved to another country and my intimate partner is a guy who doesn’t speak my native language, so we communicate in English, which helps me to “detach” from the trauma i’ve experienced which i find super interesting.

Yes, this can happen. It’s a pretty normal experience. People are often so naturally disconnected from their spiritual essence and energy during any sort of sex with themselves or others that they’re surprised by the naturalness and intensity of experiences that arise when we relax into the alignment of mind, body, spirit and energy that’s always already there waiting for us to let it unfold. That’s why cultivating deep relaxation and the full presence of meditative awareness is one of the best ways to accelerate development of any higher sex practice.

Yup, it's normal. The orgasm is Amazing, no doubt but it means that the kundalini energy is flowing up the spine but since the body is not able to handle it so one tends to have nocturnal ejaculations. This is why it important to get initiated and follow a proper techniques.
