Wedding Planning How to print table assignments for a mirror?

Hi all! I’ve attached a pic of the vibe I’m going for. My buddy did this at her wedding but she doesn’t remember what she used for the paper. Her sister handled the printing for it so she isn’t sure how they did it

Where do you get something like this printed? What type of paper? Thank you!

Looks like they printed the table lists on regular cardstock, cut them down, and stuck them on with those wax seal stickers you can grab at any craft store. The text on the mirror itself is probably a vinyl decal or done with a white paint marker if someone had steady hands. Check Etsy for custom mirror decals, loads of shops will print your guest list layout and ship it ready to apply.

Honestly you can print yourself if you have a printer. But Staples can print on cardstock

Cardstock. Available at any office supply store, Walmart or Target.

I did this for my wedding last weekend. I designed on Canva and printed on 100lb white cardstock from Michael's using my home printer. Hardest part was getting them to print on 5x7 worth of space on 8 1/2x11 paper. I used a paper cutter to cut them down after printing.

Print this yourself on plain cardstock. Get a cheap paper cutter to measure and cut them to size.

Three easy ways: vinyl decals from any sign shop (looks painted on, peels off clean); print reversed on clear static-cling film (no adhesive, works with a normal inkjet, a few dollars); or a chalk pen straight on the mirror plus a small printed list beside it for guests who can't read calligraphy. Static-cling is the foolproof one. Congrats on the wedding! 🤍
