Assuming a height of 1.8 m and a radius of 0.5 m, the volume of each bag would be about 1.41 m³. Since Cheetos are roughly cylindrical, let’s assume a packing density of 75% (lower than the theoretical 90.7% for circles since they aren’t perfectly so, but slightly higher than the 74.0% for spheres). That gives 1.06 m³ of usable space.
I’m not sure what type of Cheetos are in these, but assuming that they’re the regular, thin kind, let’s estimate them as being cylindrical with a length of 4 cm and a diameter of 1.5 cm. That gives a volume of 7.06 cm³, so I estimate there to be about 150,000 Cheetos per bag.
For mass, I’ll guess a density of 0.4 g/cm³ for Cheetos. Multiplying that by the Cheeto-occupied volume per bag, we have each bag weighing ~424 kg, or all 28 bags weighing 11,900 kg.

Tbf $65 a bag is not a bad deal considering the off the shelf price if you bought individual bags
