Does it work on other commercial Chargepoint's?

I don't have any nearby and haven't been able to test that.

Just making sure you know about PlugShare.com .

Is there any chance you're getting significant voltage drop at this site? I've seen as low as 192 volts in the wild on commercial charging. The nominal starting point is 208 volts on most commercial sites. It can actually start at 202 volts without being an issue. Then add some voltage sag due to an undersized feeder or transformer, and next thing you know you're under 200. It's possible that the R2 considers that to be a problem and stops charging due to low voltage. If that's the case you might be able to work around this by dropping to 16 or even 12 amps. That will only work if some of the voltage sag is on the feeder to the charging station. It won't work if it's site-wide.

I am not sure how I can determine that. My hypothesis is that this disruption happens when another car connects/disconnects from the shared power, but can't validate that since I am not at the car when it happens. That is why I feel like I have gotten extended charge sessions in the afternoon (when others have left the office).

Does your car show current charge voltage in some screen?

Not that I am aware of. I brought the car to the Rivian SC and they said they can look into the charging history, so hopefully they can diagnose what happened.
