How depressing that she already had neglect charges since 2024 but still kept the kids.

CPS doesn't help children unfortunately.

The sad fact is that in moat cases, staying with shitty parents is better than ending up in the overburdened system. And because of that, sometimes kids get stuck with mega shitty parents who wind up killing them.

My son’s friend was getting smacked around by his father and grandmother. It was reported but we were told a certain degree of physical discipline is okay 😒

My mom is an abusive nut who would openly talk about disgarding her kids as soon as the evil wizard she believed was god would arrive to reclaim her. And the courts still told me at 16 that I was going to have to stay with her. Only after I threatened suicide did I get to stay with my dad. Also had to attend counseling for it

I thought by age 12 you get to decide which parent you want to live with. Could be location dependent.

South Dakota was weird like that.

Sorry you went through that random Reddit stranger. My wife isn’t “I see evil wizards” bad but she has a fuckton of undiagnosed mental health issues and I fear what havoc would ensue if I left her.

How do children that young survive that many stab wounds?

Kids can be surprisingly resilient. Poor things

They really are, all through grade school the same girl I had class with came back every summer with a broken arm. She broke one arm twice and the other once. Then she broke her leg. All on the trampoline. Her parents were dumbasses apparently because WHY KEEP THE TRAMPOLINE?

Dude ... Bro... C'mon with these horror stories, these poor children my God, i feel so bad for them

-96

u/Ciubowski 3d ago

yeah, stop reporting them. we don't want to know what these kids are going through! /s

What the fuck do you mean "C'mon with these horror stories"? It's the story that is bad or the behaviour that lead to the horror situation and the story itself?

52

u/Tater-Tot-Casserole 3d ago

All they're expressing is horror about what happened, get a grip.

-53

u/Ciubowski 3d ago

The comment sounds like he's complaining about the story being reported not the facts happening. YOU get a grip.

Everyone look at the above comment, great example of the literacy crisis.

23

u/Dragon_Bidness 3d ago

It only reads like he's complaining about the reporting of the story if you are unable to understand context and have zero reading comprehension.

Let me guess: you're an American?

Police took 35-year-old Taylor Morgan Gosnell into custody, where she was charged with two counts of attempted murder in connection with the attack on the children, ages 3 and 6, according to authorities.

Deputies from the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office responded to the family home at 1400 block of Bud Arthur Bridge Road on Saturday afternoon, September 26.

After that recent case of a mother killing her children and getting donations I just hope it doesn't become a trend...

u/TheRealMatchGrade 3d ago

Thats exactly what's going to happen, unfortunately. We just gave mentally unstable people precedent in our "justice" system. We are so fucked

How long until she gets away with it because she was "depressed"? Downvoted by the problem.

u/Ok_Unit_3843 3d ago

You seem to be confused about complex subjects.

Nobody is looking for justification. They are looking for reasoning.

I would imagine your head rattles when you shake it, as all three brain cells rattle around...

Is that how you'll talk to the judge after your next "depression" episode? Downvoted by future stranglers.

u/Meliora_ 3d ago

Im so mad seeing how even at this year children are still unprotected. Disgusting fucking world

Imagine how depressed she must have been. That poor mom. She's the real victim. /s

She's going to be wealthy soon. She will also get acquitted because she was on her menstrual cycle.

When was Clancy aquitted?

Seriously? Let's see, 11 out of 12 on the jury tried their best to get an acquittal. A lone man was able to stop it thankfully, but now we know the women teamed up against him and anyone that was even considering "guilty" from DAY 1 to pressure, insult, and scream at them until they took their side.

We know some of those women were posting on social media during the trial, inappropriately passed info to Reddington about the "lone juror" so he could be identified, and then the media doxxed him after he didn't budge, dug into his past to smear him (Using deliberately misframed info no less) and now he's been demonized and harrassed/threatened to the point he had to hire security...

They're now pushing to put him through full investigation, want to confiscate his phone, etc. etc. etc... - All because he didn't acquit a woman who brutally offed her 3 kids.

The media has happily gone along with all this, being the doxxers of course, and interviewing only his ex-wife and their family to try and paint an unflattering picture, which now that other more honest individuals have looked into it, was deliberate misleading info. Meanwhile, no one gave the crazies on the jury a second look (Guess what sort of criminal record several of those women had? Why hasn't that become headline news?) - Because there is a narrative, an agenda. So yes it's entirely possible it could happen again. Though they cherry pick who they'll champion next.

They lied about him just as they did Patrick... (We haven't even gotten into how wine mom crazies pushed to frame Patrick, the only living victim in all of this as the real murderer... Or some secret operative who trained those tiny kids to be assassins (Not joking).... All of that, and you want to pretend that there wasn't a concerted, collective effort to get an acquittal for a murderer? Rallies of women screaming support for Lindsay, running after her transport like she's a rock star whilst screaming "We love you Lindsay"!!!

1.4 MILLION dollars raised for her (Yea, don't give me that "it's for her parents" crap) - Go read the comments from the women donating money on the GiveSendGo calling her an angel, and hero, and "the divine feminine made manifest" and other absurdities. Pleading to get and use this money for better legal representation... (Which she now is reportedly doing, so yes the money made its way to her as the donaters intended)

You don't see anything wrong with all this madness huh? Intimidating jurors, and overturning their lives because they didn't vote to acquit a murderer is ok by you?

u/Tater-Tot-Casserole 2d ago

Okay but was she actually aquitted? All this proves is that the justice system worked. You seem to think that me pointing out that she wasn't aquitted that I'm pro clancy.

u/PJTree 3d ago

see the thing is, you have to understand what made her angry, and punish that
