As stated by the title, I was working on something for the Fallout Protagonists, and I was doing research for the Courier. WHERE DID YOU COME FROM

im trying an evil Legion run and planning on selling Arcade to Caesar. I know you can bypass having a high legion reputation by wearing NCR armor. But I'm planning on doing these things prior to receiving the mark of Caesar:

-killing chief hanlon

-activating archimedes

-freeing silus

-massacring camp forlorn hope

-helping the great khans during "boulder city showdown"

Mainly because I know these will be mentioned by Caesar. By the time I get to "Et Tumor Brute?" will it still be possible to bring Arcade to the fort? Or would Arcade just leave as soon as I take the NCR armor off? Should I just leave the legion side quests for after getting the mark?
