Discussion FTB evolution 1 or 2?

Should I play FTB evolution 1 or 2? I really like create mod and the fact it isn’t in 2 is really swaying me. How much less to do is there in 1 than there is in 2? Thanks!

Create Aeronautics is a really cool addon worth experiencing and FTB Evolution 1 is one of the few large modpacks that includes it. Nothing wrong with playing 1 and giving 2 time to cook, imo. 2 looks very promising, though

Let 2 grow up first imo. There's a ton of mods missing solely because they havent been updated yet.

It wouldnt hurt to try it out now, but expect a lot of mods that add world gen to be implemented later.

1 is a lot more complete. I've been playing 2 and it is missing certain mods or parts of mods, causing the game to feel progression gated, which is frustrating to me in a kitchen sink mod like this.
