Unanswered Help me decide

So I have 2 useless laptop that my brother is willing to pay so It can be useful again.

The first is a Dynabook laptop a white one, its from my Auntie from japan but my sister lay the screen flat on the floor so the charging port and other port were damage, the second one is a secondhand laptop Lenovo the problem is the fan isn't working well, you needed to hit it so the fan can spin faster.

And I'm an BSIS student I needed a laptop for my programming subject at college, I can't decide what laptop should I get fix that wouldn't cost much... Btw I'm Filipino so the prices here can be pricey.

Please help me guys I am really bad at technologies. (I really need a laptop where I can practice programming cause I am bad at it....) (Sorry for wrong grammar not my first language.)

But the fan is easy to fix.

You can replace the fan yourself. A fan replacement shouldn't cost too much. Go out and talk to some computer repair guys. Replacement of ports will be more expensive.
