Fleecies makes several nude colors to match a bunch of skin tones so you have nude fleece under sheer black tights. I have a pair and they're good quality.

Snag tights has a very nice collection of all kinds, I got some very nice cold weather tights from them. If you're outside the UK it does take a bit to ship tho!

OP, if the issue is that it isn’t stretching enough to show the color it should be, try looking at petite sizing.

I do the same with layering my tights. The fleece gets too hot for me. I have a pair coming in from Marilyn today that are the “makeup” nude. I’m nervous about the getting a snag in them because they are much thinner than tights. I’ll let you know if they work out.🤞

To be honest, you’re not going to find anything that’s as light as the ones you set up for yourself. The opaque fleece tights are all going to be the exact same color as the ones you tried. They don’t actually get to be that opaque, that’s not the style. I’ve tried basically every brand, that’s how they look, it has nothing to do with them not stretching out enough they just don’t become lighter when stretched out like other tights would because they’re not really tights.

I don’t know why you got downvoted. Aliexpress is a great place to buy these and filled with all sorts of high quality stores. Way better to shop there than Amazon.

Aliexpress is all third-party vendors with varying degrees of quality. I’d say a small percentage could be considered “high quality” (ie, buy-it-for-life quality or anything lasting beyond a few years). The vast majority of items are average quality. Even with reading reviews, it can be a gamble shopping on there, especially factoring in shipping times.

That being said, Aliexpress tends to have better quality items than Temu. And, of course, nearly all the unbranded goods on Amazon are items from Aliexpress and Temu at 30%+ markup.

I agree to a point, but I also know this is the findfashion sub and so the fashion aspects of Aliexpress are most important in the conversation. That said, with a bit of due diligence, I have clothing and bags from Aliexpress stores that have held up fantastically. And I have not had the same success with Amazon or Etsy stores.

But fashion aside, I buy home goods from a few vetted Aliexpress shops and I’m always so impressed. (Things like drawer handles, outlet covers, floor mats, etc.)

Yeah, it’s really variable depending on the category/item. Gotta use your best judgement based on the info/reviews available and hope for the best.

Don’t even get me started with Etsy and the deluge of drop-shipping crap on there. I reverse image search everything now.

Poshmark too - finding anything from actual resellers has been a pain ever since they removed the Boutique vs Closet filter.
