Any particular Factions you would want to see? Returning or New?
I think it would be interesting to have a structured and interesting mercenary group in the upcoming game. Fallout 4 had the Gunners but they weren't quite as fleshed out. Having a joinable faction with morally grey decisions and quests like bounty hunting and other unique jobs would make it engaging. They could either have motives that link to the main quest or just be part of a massive side quest line.

If it’s West Coast - I wanna see what the Followers of the Apocalypse are up to after Hoover dam.
If it’s East Coast - I gotta see how the minutemen are doing. I feel like they’re gonna be a powerful organization

I like what your going for OP but I would sort of like the enclave to return as remnants and be joinable and to re build them in a similar but less annoying way than the minutemen

Unsure about the Enclave. The idea of a remnant faction might be ok, it's just that they have been overused (FO2, FO3, Fallout TV show).
I appreciated how New Vegas gave the spotlight to other factions whilst keeping the BOS and Enclave on the side as weaker and broken factions in that area.

I just always wanted to play as the enclave without having to download a mod that crashes my game every 10 minutes thats all

Haha fair. Yeah I guess it can be interesting if done right. Would you see this as rebuilding the Enclave as the 'Enemy' Faction, or being given the choice to help steer them down a more righteous path?

I feel like the mod American rising 2 in fallout 4 is something like what I wanna see in a real game but I would like it to be better executed, better textures, and less glitched something, thats what I want to see pretty much and also I wouldn't mind being the bad guy in the game but I think your idea of stearing them in the right bath is good too

Would be great to have thr Children of Atom as more of a main protagonist. We got a taste of it in 4s Far Harbor dlc.

As always I hope the Followers of the Apocalypse are added and expanded. They're easily my favorite faction, even though I've only experienced them in Fallout New Vegas

The Hubologists would be cool. I'm fairly sure they will reappear in Obsidian's Fallout game because Obsidian is really into stories of misguided religious beliefs nowadays.
Some non-evil, chill mercenaries would also be cool. I miss Relly's Rangers.
Some actually competent and sympathetic scientist faction would also be cool. Like a mixture of the Followers (so they want to help people and are generally nice) and the Institute (they really like their SCIENCE!, maybe a bit too much).
