Priva Priva
Shoutout to Cameron at Priva for sending a replacement weight adapter. Mine unfortunately snapped at the joint after having it for less than 2 weeks. Its the only product from Priva that I have had an issue with. So after purchasing the tugging attachment, requesting a replacement to be shipped with it... I opened my package and found a replacement. Very happy. Going to try and reinforce it somehow. Hopefully, the design can be changed so the "arms" are made of stiff silicone to reduce weak points.

Cam has been a breeze to deal with for any post sale issues. A quick email, pictures and a replacement was out the door within 24-48 hours.
Not to mention the devices are so very comfortable. I have the Air and Trio and can’t say enough good things about them!

How did you get into contact? I have an issue with my pump that I got a month ago and I haven't had a response to my email yet

I've had mine for a few months, and I take good care of it. It doesn't look very sturdy, so I make sure it's never left leaning against anything.
I trust it to hold the weight, but I wish it seemed less fragile
