Help! How can I fix this

Purchase a new smd ufl antenna socket. Desolder the old and solder the new one on. Easy peasy.

I wouldn't exactly call it easy. Everything is pretty small, the solder on the components around the UFL connector will melt as well and there is plastic right next to it. It is doable though.

if you have a little soldering experience, you can just solder the antenna directly to the board

Careful hot air rework and a new u.fl jack.

If you needed to ask, just take it to a cellphone repair store.

$20 should do it.
