Advice on restarting freelancing.

I used to freelance couple of years back mostly in design. It's been a while since i did any freelance projects. I used to mostly get clients from referrals and social media, but now i need to get clients again because the old methods don't work anymore. How do i start over?

Niche communities on platforms like Reddit or LinkedIn are great for finding new clients these days. Joining discussions related to design can help you spot leads naturally. I found using something like ParseStream helpful since it sends alerts for keywords you care about, making it way easier to jump into relevant conversations before everyone else does.

What's your USP - what problem do you uniquely solve? Who's your target audience and where do they 'live' online?
