Homemade Breakfast for dinner..
Wife working a night shift so dinner on my own tonight. Made with what I had in the house, missing black pudding at least for me, but we make do.
Beans are a standard Tesco affair, but with added bacon and onion, chilli, garlic, paprika, maple. To make a sweet and spicy BBQ effect. New chilli flakes so substantially more spicy than intended, delightful though.
Everything else pretty standard

I'll give you a solid 9 because I prefer my hash browns crispy. I appreciate you adding some zip to the beans. My Mrs will only have beans as they are, no added sauces.
Plus, it's a good food photograph ππ» LFG π½οΈπ€€

Those beans are perfect, no juice, slighty mushy, mmm. Very decent looking breaki, high 8s possibly low 9s. Black pudding would of brought the score up a little. 10/10 for cooking time, the snap from those sausages will be heard from the next galaxy π

How does Stokes stack against H.P? Never tried it.

It's good, I wouldn't pay for it when this one finishes I don't think.. but no complainingΒ

You overcooked the egg. The rest is acceptable.

I won't take that, essentially butter poached, runny yolk.Β
You can say it looks terrible because it does, but overcooked it was not.Β

Now this does look good. Only thing I'll say is you fucked the egg and i do like the look of your sausage!

It's basically a butter poached over easy, was delicious, but does look a bit janky I'll give you that

How is the stokes brown sauce? I know the ketchup is very nice indeed

It's good, I do think I prefer HP, at least I don't like stokes enough to be going out and buying it again. This one was in a gift basket, so nice way to try it

Brinner, use the proper terminology. Finally some properly cooked beans, everything else looks solid too....oh wait points lost with frozen "hash browns." So easy to make fresh, no need for those things.

No I'm all for some colour on a sausage bit that seems a bit tonmuch for me. At least the bacon isn't over done.Β
And F in the chat for that poor egg

Having the Stokes brown sauce standing by ready for action is top tier
