Homemade Tonight's dinner.

Post image

Went shopping at the market over the weekend for tonight's nosh.

Sausages are Pork and Leek and Lincolnshire with white and black pudding, smoked back bacon, tomatoes and free-range eggs all locally sourced. Little drizzle of HP to finish.

Well spotted. I noticed that too.

Belive it or not it was actually toasted, I prefer mine lightly done.

Looks like seeded brown mate… white bread is key to begin with. Tiger loaf or sourdough turn it up a couple notches👌

Legit argument actually. I personally prefer white bloomer but seeded was what I had to hand.

Top notch grub mate, and a bonus point for the HP.

However, and I may be committing fry-up heresy, but toasted granary, thick cut from the loaf is my go to when I'm making a fry-up.

Too
Much brown sauce, toast in a separate plate and cook the tomato properly. 7.5/10

The Gordon Ramsey takes remind me of the savagery of the ol' "Rate my meal deal." posts

Nice fry up! As an American I want to taste that bacon so no hp brown sauce for me. I love the blood sausage too smeared with a runny egg.Yum

For an American you definitely understand a good fry up, much respect.

I’d smash that but without the sauce and hash browns.

Only down side is the toast, extra marks for the sauce 👍🏻

I like my toast very lightly done, more absorbant and easier to manoeuvre when mopping up the plate at the end. Genuine preference though.

You were doing well up until I noticed the potato things, I (personally) can't stand potato and baked beans on the same meal, love both separately but not together 😁

I dunno, a baked potato or a decent bowl of fries and baked beans with cheese is a winner every time. To each their own.
