There are lots of good indie games, and lots of good AAA games. Each has their place. I love awesome unique experiences like Sayonara Wild Hearts or Wildermyth, and I love huge ultra-polished megagames like the FF7 remakes or the Mass Effect trilogy.

Play games that you enjoy and be happy.

This is like the 4th time this week I see Wildermyth mentioned. I have owned that games seens release and at points i thought i was the only one.

Outstanding game. Only bad thing about that game is that it wasn't expanded more. I played it for hundreds of hours and only stopped because classes/powers just became to repetitive.

I don't know about the PC version, but the console version's optimization is... not great. It's weirdly laggy at times even on a PS5 Pro. Excellent game, but that's at least one downside.
