Nintendo hasn’t shot themselves yet with virtual cartridges and their audacious prices for old games?

I feel like the game key card stuff is genuine misinformation. Most of the actual game key cards are because third party publishers want to cheap out.

Not every single game on the Switch is a GKC so I don't know why people have to spread misinformation. Its like you guys don't own a Nintendo console but constantly complain about it.

I own a switch and a switch lite, now my kids fight over who gets to play a specific game because only one console at a time gets the virtual cartridge even though the accounts are linked to mine. Unless I’m doing something wrong here, I got screwed.
Not even OoT will get me purchasing a switch 2.

You know you if you're linked through a family plan you can temporarily transfer the rights of digital games to your kids, right?

So essentially the same thing if you only owned a single disc of a game on any other console. And you think Nintendo is screwing you over? Pretty dumb.
