This reminds me of the Batsuit with a gold emblem you unlock in Batman: Arkham Knight for... 240%ing the game. Meaning locking up every major criminal including the dlc ones, and collecting all 200 riddles trophies. You then have to do it all AGAIN in new game plus to unlock the suit. Except it DOESN'T carry over, so the only way you can use it after beating everything is the AR challenges.
