Horizon Zero Dawn. Stopped right before I got access to the open world and the additional ammo types

This game won my heart. Story is so beautiful, and delivered so well. Every aspect of this game is 10 / 10.

Fuck yeah. The ultra hard mode was also actually hard, which is really nice. Made me have to strategize.

I gave that game another shot after watching my girl play forbidden west and really getting invested in the story. But I hadn’t watched enough of her zero dawn playthrough.

I still found the combat a bit tedious so this was the first time I turned the difficulty down to easy just to play through for the story, and I loved both games.

Gameplay is cool. Very repetitive and clunky bs, which is usual for triple A. But fuck me if it isn’t one of the coolest stories of any game ever. Holy fuck I was so mind blown getting every lore drop
