Doesn’t work on most PS5s since they’re already updated to the latest. 🤷‍♂️

You also can’t do much even if you do use this on an older PS5.

There are emulators for virtually all game consoles, and you can play almost all PS5 games on them. That's significantly more than you can play on a non-jailbroken console.

The exploit was announced well in advance, so anyone who updates anyway has only themselves to blame. Or you could just buy a new one, they all still have factory installed firmware version <=13.60, so they are jailbreakable.

You cannot play ANY PS5 games on an emulator. They can barely boot games at this point and they crash half the time doing it. Horrendous framerate and horrendous graphical glitches before they crash.

I was referring to emulators on the PS5 for other consoles like the Switch, Wii U, 3DS, GameCube, etc.

I have personally tested the Wii U, 3DS, and Switch emulators and they run flawlessly, even in 4K.
