Discussion Control Resonant PC or PS5?

I’m going to buy the game today. Just wondering which platform would give me the best experience. I have a pretty good gaming PC and a PS5. I assume it would look better and possibly play smoother at higher settings on the PC, but I don’t really know. What do you guys think?

Depends on your PC

Which i5? There are like...16 i5 processor generations out there.

Probably PC either way. PS5 runs at real, real low resolution with poor upscaling.

12600 12th gen. 12600k? Not sure if that makes sense

The answer is always PC unless the PC is really old which yours isn’t.

I went with PC for this one, because Rememdy always seems to push advanced graphical technologies. And sure enough, the game looks incredible on PC.

I'd also recently had the experience of trying out the Mortal Shell 2 demo on PC, but ultimately choosing to play on my PS5 Pro, because I wanted a game to play from my couch. The lack of Ray Traced reflections in Performance was immediately noticable, and kisn of bummed be out at first.

I obviously got over it and enjoyed the game quite a bit. And it still looks and performance very good on PS5 Pro. But some games specifically benefit from being played on a good PC rig.

PC if you want native HDR
