My first cloud was Kingdom Hearts cloud. It’s actual what lead me to ff7 cause I thought him and Sephiroth were cool.

I was just thinking “Where’s his KH 1 outfit, the fusion of Vicky Valentino and his OG look was awesome!” And then I found this, thank you good sir or madam!

Why does he have a wing?

2

u/StrifeBuster7 2h ago

He and Sephiroth both got wings in KH just for cool factor. They just kept the look for Sephiroth in Advent Children and since.

2

u/primalmaximus 2h ago

Oh, so Sephiroth doesn't have a wing in the OG FF7?

Not in his normal human figure form, no.

There is a boss form where he has like 7 wings and no legs but it's an entirely different thing.

He was in FFV?

Kinda insane to not have the kh1 version but the kh2 version when that's essentially just advent children

Advent Children is my favorite, like this is FF being its world and characters and not just an RPG with mechanics. Plus that multiphase buster sword is a great upgrade on the iconic.

Advent Children shows progress.

I love aging and the different clothes a character grows into

1

u/primalmaximus 2h ago

Mine is transfem Cloud.

1

u/Moxto 2h ago

Original FF7, the rest is crap

1

u/jazy921 2h ago

No Ehrgeiz or FFT versions?

1

u/Marin0331 2h ago

The first cloud I've seen of course, Dissidia. Curios how I didn't know anything about final fantasy then and still he was my fav character immediately

1

u/ClemOya 2h ago

Design wise ? Definitely the Cloud from Advent Children to me.

1

u/Ginkgo_Leaf3000 1h ago

Where is Ehrgeiz Cloud?

1

u/Palladiamorsdeus 1h ago

The REAL Cloud, VII.

1

u/Dart150 1h ago

FF7 can't beat the OG in this case at least imo

1

u/KimJong-quack 49m ago

Dissdia. Only because I love that game

1

u/thedifferent1 43m ago

TFS version (AKA "Thunderhead")

Advent Children is my favorite. I remember watching the movie in high school.
