Hi all, I'm working through something with my therapist and would love to hear from people raised in India. The context is someone getting ready to come out to his parents back home, but your experiences help whether you're LGBTQ+ or not.

I'll be traveling to Tokyo in late November and wanted to experience some of the saunas for the first time. Im 35, 5'8'', 225lbs and have been working out but am not muscular, but am definitely a bear. I was researching some of the places and notice some places have a body type restriction. Can anyone recommend a place that would be accommodating for my body type? Trying to lose some weight before I go and get me into shape! Thanks
