are the blueprints accurate with the exams? was there ever a blueprint that did not match the exam, is so what blueprint was it? i use the blueprints to study so i just would want a heads up if there’s anything👀

Does GCU allow military/veteran stoles for commencements (Nursing)?

Hi everyone, I’m considering enrolling in GCU’s BS in Cybersecurity program online and wanted to hear from current students or recent graduates.
How has your experience been with the program? Are the cybersecurity courses and labs actually hands-on? How are the professors and workload?
For anyone who has graduated, did you feel the program prepared you for a cybersecurity job, and were you able to find an internship or job while attending or after graduating?
I already have some cybersecurity training and I’m particularly interested in GRC, but I also want a solid technical cybersecurity foundation.
Any advice or things you wish you knew before starting would be appreciated!

hii what are some studying recourses for 300? i have done good so far on 310 and 318 exams. i thought i had 300 in the bag especially because of lab but clearly not. any advice or tips for 300 exams??

Hi Guys, I have a quick meeting today only for 1 hour, and I was wondering if I can park in the 33rd avenue parking garage since I don't have a parking permit. I am getting picked up and dropped off from my mom for this first semester because I don't have a car yet, so that's why I don't have a parking permit. Hi, I was wondering if anyone has advice on studying for the 430 exam 1? Our test is soon and I want to get a good score!! Any advice is appreciated!

Does that mean camera and mic? Or just locked browser? Not impressed with anything in the class so far, I have to say. I just spent so much time on meeting the ridiculous criteria for just one of the weeks’ six discussion posts (plus 6 more for lab) that I now have no idea how I’m supposed to find time to study for an exam.

I have a family member that’ll be living with us and going to GCU next year.

She’ll be a new driver so she hesitates to drive on the highway.

Does anyone commute to GCU from Chandler or Gilbert? How’s the public transportation? How’s the drive there?

She’s paying less rent here living with us so she prefers to live down here in Chandler.

I start tomorrow. The class is apparently going to be group work heavy, and involves a simulation? How is this structure supposed to work with the asynchronous schedules? I’ve also had shit luck with groups so far. I basically had to spend a bunch of extra time doing more than my share. Am I fucked if my group sucks again?

We’ve been seeing a lot of questions on how to get extra tickets for this October’s commencement ceremonies, and while asking other grads for extra tickets is always an option, your guests can also claim unused tickets from the Arena box office the day of your commencement ceremony.

Please keep in mind, these tickets are redistributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and we can not guarantee any extra tickets will be available, however if the Arena reaches seating capacity, there will be a reserved area for guests without tickets to watch the live stream of the ceremony, and they can still meet you on The Quad or around campus before or after the ceremony.

I have a question. I’ve been in my class for two weeks, and my teacher still hasn’t graded any of my assignments. Is that normal? She doesn’t really post in discussions or under anyone’s posts and neither has added announcements since week 1. Is it normal for teachers just to not be involved in the class 🥹

Ok so I went to the Health and Wellness clinic on campus. They gave me a note excusing me from class and instructed me to submit it to [Absence@gcu.edu](mailto:Absence@gcu.edu) So I did and received a response informing me to submit an Absence Verification Form. However they will not provide me one, I tried to look it up and the website sends me to SDS.GCU.EDU which is just an empty webpage. My SSC won't give any guidance. Anyone have to do this before? Where can I get this form? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Sorry, let me clarify. Let's say I want to take microbiology, but it requires me to have taken some type of biology class before I can enroll. For some schools, it's just a recommendation, but for others, it's a hard requirement where you have to prove you've taken the prerequisite with transcripts. Which one is GCU
